The Heirs have a voice and the ear of the Grand Matriarch who is for life or until retirement. If the option is retirement the Grand Matriarch always keeps this title and remains a member of the board of Management. No duties or tasks are required to be done while holding this title; it is just to show the importance of the work one has done for the LGBTQ2 communities over the years. Appointments for this title are given by the Grand Matriarch after consultation with the IDQ&F Heirs.
